The Foundation's Board of Governors is very much a working board, comprised of volunteers from diverse parts of the Lehigh Valley and from a number of professional backgrounds. Each Governor serves a set term on the Board and provides expertise on one or more committees: Board Affairs, Development and Marketing, Finance, Gift Acceptance, and Grants.
