Foundant Grants Portal
Foundant is the Lehigh Valley Community Foundation’s grants management portal. This portal allows users to view, edit, and submit grant applications and related documents.
Foundant requires all users to create an account before accessing grant information. For instructions on creating a new account or making changes to an existing account see below. For additional assistance, email Monique Moreno, LVCF Grants Associate at email@example.com.
IMPORTANT NOTE: To ensure grant communication is received by the correct organization contact, in a timely manner, please make every effort to keep your organization’s profile and user contacts up to date in Foundant.
