Capacity Building | Grantmaking

The Lehigh Valley Community Foundation (LVCF) is dedicated to strengthening the nonprofit sector by providing organizations with the tools, funding, and guidance needed to grow and thrive. Through capacity-building initiatives, leadership development programs, and strategic grantmaking, LVCF helps nonprofits enhance their operational effectiveness, sustainability, and impact. By fostering collaboration and supporting solutions, LVCF empowers nonprofit leaders to create meaningful, lasting change in their communities, ensuring a stronger and more resilient nonprofit ecosystem across the Lehigh Valley.

The CORE Fellowship is a two-year capacity building process designed to bring Lehigh Valley nonprofit leaders together to center empowerment in themselves, their relationships, their organizations, and the Lehigh Valley non-profit sector.

The Fellowship consists of peer-to-peer learning, individual coaching, consultant pairing for an organizational equity discovery process, and funding to support organizational capacity-building. The fellowship is designed for both nonprofit leaders and their organizations to support positive change in delivering on their personal and professional mission.
