Join us for a dynamic, multi-faceted workshop featuring three key local capacity builders —LINC, United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley, and Volunteer Center of the Lehigh Valley—each bringing valuable insights and tools to help nonprofits grow their capacity, support their teams, and expand their impact.

This two-hour in-person convening featuring key local capacity builders showcasing their strategies and resources for supporting nonprofits. The event will begin with dedicated time for networking then shift into tailored presentations by our partners.

LINC will present on creating inclusive workplaces that foster employee retention and belonging. Learn about LINC’s Inclusion Community and how your organization can collaborate across sectors to strengthen inclusive practices.
The United Way will offer two focused sessions: the first will explore strategies to support staff and volunteers through compassion fatigue and secondary trauma while cultivating resilience and hope. The second session will guide nonprofits through the process of leveraging AmeriCorps VISTA members and volunteers to build sustainable capacity and scale impact.
The Volunteer Center will dive into the essentials of volunteer engagement and capacity building. Discover strategies for recruitment and retention of volunteers, and how to tap into additional resources to support your mission and the people that drive it.
