Foundant is the Lehigh Valley Community Foundation’s grants management portal. This portal allows users to view, edit, and submit grant applications and related documents. Access Foundant – click here
Foundant requires all users to create an account before accessing grant information. For instructions on creating a new account or making changes to an existing account see below. For additional assistance, email Holly Fitzpatrick, grants administrator at:firstname.lastname@example.org .
IMPORTANT NOTE: To ensure grant communication is received by the correct organization contact, in a timely manner, please make every effort to keep your organization’s profile and user contacts up to date in Foundant.
