Erika Riddle Petrozelli, CPA, CAP®

Erika Riddle Petrozelli, CPA, CAP®, has served as President & Chief Executive Officer of the Foundation since January 2021. In this role, she provides strategic leadership for the organization’s philanthropic mission, guiding community impact initiatives, donor engagement, and long-term growth.
Erika joined the Foundation in 2014 as Director of Donor Services, where she focused on strengthening and expanding relationships with donors, professional advisors, and community partners. She later served as Vice President of Philanthropy, helping shape the Foundation’s strategic direction and community leadership efforts, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic.
A Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP®), Erika brings expertise in charitable planning and enjoys helping people explore thoughtful ways to support the causes they care about most.
Before returning to the Lehigh Valley, Erika worked in New York City as Vice President of Investor Relations at Magnitude Capital, LLC, and began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in the Banking and Capital Markets audit practice.
Deeply committed to civic involvement, Erika serves as Treasurer of the Board of Managers of the Bach Choir of Bethlehem and is a member of the Board of Community Action Lehigh Valley. She is a past president of the Estate Planning Council of the Lehigh Valley and remains active with the Junior League. She also serves as Vice Chair of the Pennsylvania Community Foundation Alliance (PACFA).
Erika was recognized as a Lehigh Valley Business Women of Influence in 2024 and a Forty Under 40 honoree in 2019, and she has shared her perspective on local philanthropy and community issues through published articles and appearances in regional media outlets.. She is a 2019 graduate of the Rider-Pool Foundation Collective Impact Fellowship.
A Bethlehem native, Erika earned both her undergraduate degree in accounting and a master’s degree in accounting and information analysis from Lehigh University, where she was awarded the President’s Scholarship.
